So do you have a temper? What have you tried in your efforts to control your anger? I did a survey of teens in Malvern and an issue that came up on top was dealing with anger. While there is so much to be angry about if you ever act on anger you will ALWAYS regret what you have done. Ask a parent if they have ever disciplined when they were angry and felt good about the punishment or discipline. Please whenever you emotions are raging remember don't do something stupid.
